Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations for services can be requested within 5 days of booking. However, if the service provider has already begun the process or is on their way to fulfill the service, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, you have the option to decline the service when it arrives.

SMART GROUP OF HOTELS does not accept cancellation requests. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the service delivered is not good.

This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of services. In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 days of receiving the service. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any refunds approved by SMART GROUP OF HOTELS, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

The Guest Can Cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 15 days of arrival 100% of your stay shall be charged. In case of any cancellation/amendment the same to be notified via email 15 days prior to arrival date, post 15 days 100% retention would be applicable

Security Precautions :

To protect your personal data from unauthorised access or disclosure, loss or misuse we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures. Once your information is in our possession or whenever you access your account information, we adhere to our security guidelines to protect it against unauthorised access and offer the use of a secure server. However, the transmission of information is not completely secure for reasons beyond our control. By using the Platform, the users accept the security implications of data transmission over the internet and the World Wide Web which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure, and therefore, there would always remain certain inherent risks regarding use of the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring the protection of login and password records for their account.

25% of Total amount to be processed 30 days prior to arrival date

50% of Total amount to be processed 15 days prior to arrival date

100% of total amount to be processed 07 days prior to arrival date
